LL started his musical career in a punkrock band in 1978. During the eighties he played in Poppi Uk, a legendary Dutch experimental group. The band made some much appraised records, toured all over Europe and was invited by the legendary dj and connaisseur John Peel for his BBC Peelsessions. Around the year of 1992 LL became interested in acidhouse. He started spinning technorecords himself around the millenniumbreak and producing dancemusic soon after. LL has a residency at Doornroosje’s Planet Rose.
LL ‘s musical taste is very eclectic as a result of a long career in popmusic. His style is constantly developing, absorbing sounds from all times and places. His tracks are influenced by techno, house, electro and minimal. LL’s first releases as a technoproducer were on Fingers Ltd and Wolfskuil Records.
