Maltese electronic music producer Melchior Sultana, has been devoted to music from his early ages being and still influenced by all kinds of music in general.
After longtime working on music and different experients he met Fabriio Gerada (Sir Round) and started producing music together. Having tracks played on various radio shows and clubs by established local DJ's. By the time no one was interested in publishing local music further and they decided to do that by themselves and the idea of a record label was born.

After some time they met friend DJ/producer Kevin Callus (Dj Nojz) who showed big interest in the idea. They got in to it and made it happen. Urban State Records is the first Maltese electronic Music Label known internationally and is run by Melchior Sultana, Sir Round and DJ Nojz.
