Electronique is the newest sublabel of Basic Beat and will provide you with useful DJ tools in the electro genre. Electronique will be a platform for a crossover between electro and techno and a bit of breakbeats. You can expect quality music with enough dancefloor appeal to rock the crowds.
Label management will be done by Gert-Jan Schutte, better known as DJ Zaxxon.

The first release is served to you by Alexis Tyrel also known as Gideon. This talented and very productive producer is one of the resident artists of Extrema and is making fame with his danceable electro sets. In this sets he usually plays his own tracks only.

On the A1 side you’ll find the DJ Misjah remix of “For the Girlz”. This well known Dutch techno producer brings a melodic electro/techhouse workout with crossover appeal to please electro lovers and technoheads as well. A2 is called “For the Boyz” and sounds like the oldschool electro breaks of the good old days and is made with the production skills of nowadays. On the flip there is
“For me” and this is the most personal track of Alexis Tyrel on this ep. A combination of beautiful strings and fine electro beats make this track enjoyable for listening at home but will also do well at the dancefloor. The original version of “For the Girlz” makes this EP complete.
